Shipping & Returns

We are happy to offer shipping to any Irish address. We can ship internationally but please email info@nhp.ie for shipping rates in advance of placing an order. All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer unless free shipping is offered for our products. The shipping quote will be offered at the checkout. We normally ship via the standard Irish Postal service. On request we can ship using a courier service such as from An Post. We do not ship to P.O.Box addresses. Orders will be shipped within one week of receipt of payment for your order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 14 days of delivery. The products should be packed in the original pack as delivered. You will receive the refund within 3-4 business days after the return of the item.

To proceed with the return correctly, please, contact us via our contact information and explain the matters of your situation as well as to give us any tracking information on a returned package. If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item. In the event that it is out of stock, you can pick out any other item of the same value.

OUT-OFF STOCK ITEMS
Occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. You will be notified via email if this occurs.

If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay. If we are unable to deliver the item within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the cancelled item(s)).

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) and Laser Cards. All credit and Laser card orders are subject to final verification and approval. Each order will be security checked, verified and confirmed before shipment. It may take 1-5 working days, depending on the payment type and data provided. We will confirm the availability of your order. All the items will be shipped after the verification and approval process is complete. All orders will be shipped after the funds are received from buyer's financial institution. You will be notified via email in regards to your approval and shipment.

PREPAYMENT POLICY
All orders must be prepaid. There will be no surcharge for your credit card purchase. Please be sure to provide all of your information correctly, otherwise, it could lead to a delay or a cancellation.

ELEARNING COURSE PAYMENTS
Access to eLearning courses can only be gained upon payment of the course fee on-line. If an online payment is made for a National Hygiene Partnership elearning course this course must be completed within six weeks of online enrolment on that course. If this six week timeframe is exceeded access to the course will expire. If the customer wishes to complete the course and obtain a course Certificate of Completion a new payment of the full course fee will be required.
